First/Recent Experince

Maybe this is all in my head, but I sort of saw the Hat Man last night. Basically, I took a 5 hour nap at 5 PM and woke up at 10 PM. Then I stayed up to about 2 AM. Then I fell asleep again...I had one dream that I remember. Nothing was odd/negative about it. I woke up from it. Then I fell asleep again, and apperantly had a dream that I was hiding behind a half wall in the hallway next to my room while someone, who I mistook for my dad but quickly realized was "the hat man". (I can't verify this; it was dark and I couldn't make out anything in the actual dream). Anyway, so then, whatever it was (I suppose it was the Hat Man) starting saying "babitybabitybabity..." and it kept going. It sounds sort of silly, but it was honestly scary. Anyway, the creepy part was that I then woke up...sort of. I was in sleep paralysis. But I could still here the noise it was saying. Honestly, I know people talk about a sixth sense, but I've never in my life had the sensation of someone talking...inside your head. During this, I realized it was best if I didn't open my eyes. (Besides the fact that I was scared I still had good judgement). Anyway, so after that it just went away and nothing strange happened despite the fact that I felt oddly ill after that. (Even if it wasn't THE hatman, I still can't explain why I heard that voice in my head.)
